Intern could be contact person to DAS Taiwan subsidiary. The intern will assist the Human Resources department with key administrative and operational tasks. Primary responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The intern will also help manage employee data and ensure accurate records in the HR management system, maintaining and updating databases as needed. Additionally, the role involves providing support in various HR processes, such as onboarding new employees, assisting with employee inquiries, and helping with the organization of training and development programs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Research & Development (R&D) department plays a central role in the company’s innovation strategy. It is responsible for developing new technologies and continuously improving existing environmental systems to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, sustainability and cost-effectiveness. The department’s main tasks include identifying new trends and technologies in the field of environmental technology, designing and constructing innovative systems, and conducting tests and prototype trials. In doing so, R&D works closely with the production department and quality management. Another focus is on optimizing processes, materials and components to increase energy efficiency and reduce environmental pollution. This includes both improving existing plant technologies and developing new processes to reduce emissions and conserve resources.
The internship may include participation in research projects to improve plant performance in the form of research and analysis of current market and technology trends. Furthermore, support in the planning and execution of laboratory and practical tests is planned, which could include the evaluation and documentation of test results as well as an analysis of data to optimize processes and products. Administrative tasks and support for the digitization of the department are also part of the job description.

The internship involves supporting the rollout of the Quentic software at the Taiwan branch, focusing on its modules for safety, sustainability, and compliance management. Tasks include assisting with system setup, coordinating user training, and providing technical support during the implementation process. Additionally, the intern will help with the branch’s ISO 45001 certification by preparing documentation, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Further responsibilities include contributing to the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring it meets relevant quality and safety requirements.

The core tasks of the department include providing technical advice and developing customized solutions for DAS exhaust gas cleaning systems. This includes analyzing individual customer requirements, selecting suitable technologies and creating tailored offers. By working closely with the sales, engineering and service departments, the department ensures that all projects are efficiently coordinated and implemented. Another important aspect is the long-term support of installed systems. The department ensures optimal spare parts logistics to guarantee smooth operation of the plants and offers upgrades and retrofits so that customers can benefit from the latest technological developments. In this way, the department contributes significantly to the efficiency, longevity and sustainability of the environmental protection solutions.
The internship involves supporting of the team in preparing offers and calculating projects, handling customer inquiries and developing technical solutions, creating presentations and technical documentation, supporting communication between customers and internal departments.
